Stefania Diaz currently serves as a Community Organizer where she supports the Deputy Director of Advocacy and Civic Engagement. Originally from the Central Valley, Stefania moved to the heart of Silicon Valley to continue her education and create a voice for herself in the community she serves. A recent graduate of San Jose State University, she pursued her Bachelors degree in Political Science. During her tenure at San Jose State University, she involved herself in various community projects where she directly supported Sacred Heart of Silicon Valley, Parks Recreation & Neighborhood Services, Magdalena Carrasco’s Political Campaign, and Census outreach. Prior to working for Community Health Partnership, Stefania worked as a council aid for the Office of Councilmember Magdalena Carrasco where she focused in: community outreach/ engagement, social media/ communications, policy research, and administrative duties.
In her current role with Community Health Partnership, Stefania will continue to work closely with her colleagues and community members to bring awareness on the importance of advocating for our health centers and building partnerships with community patients, county residents, workforce allies and nonprofit partners.
