Background & Experience
Julia currently supports quality improvement projects which provide technical assistance to CHP member organizations through programs such as Preventing Heart Attacks and Strokes Everyday (PHASE), Gardner Downtown Resource Center, and the Patient Care Access Program (PCAP). Additionally, Julia is heavily involved with the development of CHP’s internal quality improvement process. Her previous experience includes work in local non-profits, community health programs, and public schools where she developed educational curriculum, data collection techniques, and evaluation projects.
MPH(c) with a concentration in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University
BS in Health Science with a minor in Sociology from San José State University
