The second week of August each year is dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of Community, Migrant, Homeless and Public Housing Health Centers in providing access to affordable, high quality, cost-effective health care to medically vulnerable and underserved people in the U.S.

A Community Briefing on Social Inequities and Health Disparities

Learn more about the results of the recent Santa Clara County Public Health Department report on the social determinants of health in our county. Hear from community health center advocates and leaders about health centers' role in serving our community's most vulnerable populations and reducing health disparities. Help start a public dialogue with state and local officials, health care professionals and local community leaders about the root causes of health inequities and how we can address them.

CPCA Day at the Capitol - Event Closed
Join Community Health Partnership on Wednesday, April 6 as we join the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and other health center advocates from all over the state at CPCA’s Day at the Capitol! Day at the Capitol is an annual event that provides an opportunity for physicians, clinicians, directors, and patients to engage in dialogue with legislators and legislative staff about budget and legislative priorities impacting community health centers and clinics.
